The 1/24th scale chevron pattern enable the trucks to grip surfaces varying from carpet, Astroturf and, of course, dirt. The size of the tire is important, and JConcepts has actually designed these to have a 1/24th scale look that make little classic beasts, well, beasts. The round profile is there too, with included foam inserts and the style built into the carcass, your truck can have the bubbly look of the 1980's.Sidewall lettering is really detailed on the Golden Years. They are available in soft, blue substance and provided with open cell inserts to cushion those hard landings and fill-up the carcass. The superior tires are bundled 4 pieces per package and pre-stuffed with the inserts for a good, clean, and little footprint product. The tires require the use of #3442 Mini Tribute wheels (not included) available in white, black, and gray colors. In the early phases of 1/24th monster truck competition, the wheels connect to 7mm hex adaptors found on lorries such as the Axial SCX24.
