This is the Castle Creations Talon 90 25.2V 90A Electronic Speed Control.

FEATURES:
Ideal for extreme 500 and 550 class helis and sport (6S) 600 setups,
    also fixed wing aerobats up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and scale
    ships up to 20 lbs (9.07 kg)
BEC offers 20 amps peak power and 9 amps of continuous power
Profiles can be custom designed on a PC with the Castle Link
    PC programming software (software not included, can be
    downloaded for free from Castle's website, voucher is included for
    free Castle Link Programmer)
One year limited warranty through Castle Creations beginning at date
    of purchase. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, or damage due
    to incorrect wiring, over voltage or overloading
