The Factory Group Diff Decoder is a vital tool for the hardcore racer. The Diff Decoder shows a constant, measured value for differential hardness instead of depending on an estimation or feeling. This measurement can be used to construct differentials to a specific hardness, fine tune to improve vehicle performance, understand the distinctions between oil brands and temperature level, or to replicate an existing differential.The Diff Decoder's machined aluminum body is compact and lightweight with a 5-digit LED display appropriate for measurement of a variety of differentials. Consists of three adapters: one 1:10 7mm hex to measure at the wheel, and 1:10 and 1:8 pin adapters to measure at the diff outdrive.A 5V source of power is required to operate.
