Overview
ARRMA® engineers have updated the TYPHON™ 6S BLX 4WD Speed Buggy with a brushless power system including the Spektrum™ Firma™ 150A Smart ESC and Firma™ 2050Kv brushless motor. The mix lets you let go with unbelievable torque, acceleration and speed, while the durable aluminum and steel chassis and transmission parts take it all in its stride. For improved steering, ARRMA® also includes a brand-new, steel gear Spektrum™ S652 Digital Servo — which is 32% stronger and 5% faster than the previous version's ADS-15M servo.
The ready-to-run plan now also includes a 3-channel Spektrum™ SLT3™ radio and Spektrum™ SR315 double procedure receiver. Perfect for long hours of fatigue-free slamming, the transmitter's ergonomic style includes a foam steering wheel for accurate fingertip control and a better hand grip and trigger feel. If you're a brand-new motorist, you'll be able to set throttle limitations at 50% or 75% till you're ready to utilize the full speed capacity. The SLT3™ is compatible with Method® SLT™ receivers to run other RTR vehicles you might own, and includes a 3rd channel to control optional functions such as lights and winches on models that have them.
Becautilize the SR315 receiver can use SLT™ and DSMR® procedures, you can quickly update to a Spektrum™ DSMR® transmitter later — then, download the free Spektrum™ Control panel™ app for your mobile device and maximize the Smart telemetry abilities already present in the Firma™ electronics. You'll be able to get real-time updates of ESC temperature level, receiver (BEC) voltage, drive pack voltage and motor RPM.
The TYPHON™ 6S BLX 4WD Speed Buggy blasts over dirt, asphalt and lawn, with adjustable oil-filled shocks taking in the bumps. The shocks are mounted on black-anodized aluminum towers and consist of aluminum shock caps and protectors to keep their super-smooth damping.
For the durability needed to support intense brushless efficiency, ARRMA® utilizes a strengthened, anodized aluminum chassis as its structure. Front and rear composite chassis braces and composite chassis side pods add more durability. All-metal diff outdrives and transmission internals, plus long lasting steel driveshafts, all add to a reliable, durable drivetrain that holds up to extreme slamming. A "never ever loose" aluminum steering servo saver and "never ever pop" ball ends supply more accuracy, reliability and confidence.
ARRMA® holds your maintenance downtime to the minimum with an effective, driver-friendly style. A moving mount offers you quick, hassle-free access to the motor. The center diff is easy to reach and can be eliminated by getting just four bolts.
The low-drag buggy wheels, now with +1mm hexes, get here outfitted with super-aggressive, multi-surface dBoots® KATAR™ tires. A low-drag wing assists keep the automobile grounded. Both add to positive control and responsive handling at thrilling high speeds. Topping everything off is a streamlined buggy body with structured great looks, including a matte black and red paint plan with forged composite information.
