The GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX RTR is DEVELOPED QUICK, DEVELOPED TOUGH — developed for exciting slamming speeds and extreme, all-terrain strength. New features that boost its unstoppable performance consist of a stronger chassis and maintained hinge pin plates; steering with more clearance for stones; a castellated slipper pad and sliding equipment mesh; and rubber-shielded bearings throughout.
It also now includes a Spektrum™ SLT3™ transmitter and SLR300 receiver. The transmitter is ergonomically designed for extended periods of fatigue-free slamming and has a foam wheel for precise fingertip control, plus an enhanced hand grip and trigger feel. New bashers will be able to set throttle limitations at 50% or 75% till they are all set to utilize the full speed potential. The SLT3™ works with Method® SLT™ receivers to run other RTR automobiles you might own, and includes a third channel to control optional features such as lights and winches on designs that have them.
ARRMA® now powers the GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX with a brushless system including its BLX100 ESC and the Spektrum™ Firma™ 3200Kv brushless motor. The combination offers extraordinary torque, velocity and speed. The transmission and chassis are ruggedly engineered to maximize the electronics' power.
It has the ingenious modular style perfected by ARRMA® engineers for simple element access and maintenance. The power module, with enhanced dirt management, includes the motor with ARRMA® heatsink and cooling fan, plus motor plate, slipper clutch assembly and equipment cover. The power module can be removed from the chassis as a complete unit by eliminating just one screw. With the power module got rid of, the slipper clutch can be reached quickly for adjustments by securing three screws that attach the equipment cover. The equipment ratio can be finely tuned as the power module now utilizes a sliding motor mesh design.
A two-piece molding screwed to the truck's chassis works as its electronics module, including a waterproof receiver box, servo mount and ESC tray. The self-bleeding, oil-filled shocks, now with silicone O-rings, utilize an attempted and tested, coil-over style for simple maintenance and amazing handling.
