Overview
Delight in terrain-commanding Beast Truck excitement with the jaw-dropping power and 50+ Miles Per Hour brushless efficiency of the ARRMA® GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX Beast Truck. Precision aluminum, difficult steel and composite materials come together for an easy-to-maintain, super-durable lorry design that's now updated for even higher efficiency and durability.
The GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX RTR is DEVELOPED QUICK, DEVELOPED TOUGH — built for exciting slamming speeds and severe, all-terrain strength. New features that improve its unstoppable efficiency consist of a stronger chassis and retained hinge pin plates; guiding with more clearance for stones; a castellated slipper pad and sliding gear mesh; and rubber-shielded bearings throughout.
It also now includes a Spektrum™ SLT3™ transmitter and SLR300 receiver. The transmitter is ergonomically designed for extended periods of fatigue-free slamming and has a foam wheel for accurate fingertip control, plus a better hand grip and trigger feel. New bashers will have the ability to set throttle limitations at 50% or 75% till they are all set to use the full speed potential. The SLT3™ is compatible with Method® SLT™ receivers to run other RTR automobiles you might own, and includes a 3rd channel to control optional features such as lights and winches on designs that have them.
ARRMA® now powers the GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX with a brushless system including its BLX100 ESC and the Spektrum™ Firma™ 3200Kv brushless motor. The combination supplies unbelievable torque, acceleration and speed. The transmission and chassis are ruggedly engineered to take full advantage of the electronics' power.
It has the ingenious modular design perfected by ARRMA® engineers for easy element gain access to and upkeep. The power module, with improved dirt management, consists of the motor with ARRMA® heatsink and cooling fan, plus motor plate, slipper clutch assembly and gear cover. The power module can be removed from the chassis as a total unit by removing just one screw. With the power module removed, the slipper clutch can be reached easily for adjustments by getting 3 screws that attach the gear cover. The gear ratio can be carefully tuned as the power module now utilizes a moving motor mesh design.
A two-piece molding screwed to the truck's chassis acts as its electronics module, including a waterproof receiver box, servo install and ESC tray. The SLR300 receiver mounts inside the receiver box for protection from dirt and moisture. The ultra-compact ESC is screwed to the top of the module, allowing quick access to the on/off switch, while the servo mounts to the side. All 3 components can be eliminated together, quickly and easily.
The differential module houses each differential unit in an innovative yoke design. Only eight screws need to be eliminated to launch the front and rear yokes. The power module can then be removed, allowing you to pivot the transmission cases for differential gain access to. The GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX RTR comes brushless-ready with 37T 1.35mod diffs with silicone O-rings. The large equipments can endure substantial torque, and internal metal equipments have been chosen for dependability throughout severe bashing.
Its full-time 4WD transmission utilizes strong front, rear, and centerline telescopic driveshafts that can't be lost throughout heavy effects, unlike dogbones. The self-bleeding, oil-filled shocks, now with silicone O-rings, use a tried and evaluated, coil-over design for basic upkeep and amazing handling. Their innovative rod-end has a molded-in spring perch for additional strength. Extended height dirt protectors and a close-fitting body limitation the quantity of dirt and debris that can enter the chassis tub. Front and rear bumpers provide defense versus impacts.
Four dBoots® Fortress™ MT tires on gunmetal multi-spoke wheels provide the GRANITE™ 4X4 THREE BLX excellent bite on a wide range of surfaces. ARRMA® has also set up a wheelie bar as requirement. The strongly styled truck body looks excellent while slamming and even much better up-close and personal, with excellent attention to detail on the decal and body aesthetic appeals.
