This is the APC 10x3.8 Slo-Flyer Pusher Electric Propeller.

FEATURES:
Foe electric and Park-Flyer type airplane
Pusher propellers formed in the opposite direction from basic
    propellers, they are developed for planes with the motor dealing with
    backwards in the rear of the aircraft, PRESSING the aircraft forward
Lightweight molded nylon building and construction lowers turning mass for
    higher output and longer life
Enhancing fibers help maintain true, constant pitch at any RPM

ALL props require balancing (usage TOPQ5700)

10x3.8 Slow Flyer Propeller

This is a 10x3.85 Slo-Flyer "tractor" (not a "pusher") aircraft propeller.
This prop produces a lot of torque even at low speeds.

FEATURES:
Computer-optimized design provides these props a thinner profile and
    more "bite" with less noise.
Lightweight formed nylon building and construction lowers turning mass for
    higher output and longer life.
Reinforcing carbon fibers help maintain true, constant pitch at
    any rpm.
Slo-Flyer propellers work well with Electric powered Park Flyer-type
    aircraft.
