Introduction

The Gridiron II has been upgraded with the World Champion winning carcass borrowed from the Effect tire. Waffle ribbing has been added to assist manage tire expansion and the side pins are angled for better efficiency on rougher tracks. The tire is 5% lighter than the initial, improving acceleration and well-rounded efficiency. The Gridiron II is readily available in AKA's proprietary, World Champion winning substances. Developed, tested, and happily made in the USA. Super Soft long wear is established to operate in chillier conditions where the track either has an abrasive surface or a surface that gets very polished which develops lots of wheel spin and for that reason more use. This compound will be popular in the winter months where drivers are still contending on outside tracks in cold weather.
