These are 1/8 scale AKA Buggy Effect Soft Tires and Red Foam Inserts

FUNCTIONS:
Thick small square lug pattern with balanced out lug rows in center of tire
    of the tire deliver maximum forward traction and great wear
    attributes
2 outer rows of lugs are parallel to produce a circumferential
    groove at the edge of the tire for extremely predicable side bite
    allowing automobile to rotate in the center of the turn while still
    feeling stable and foreseeable
Built on AKA's latest carcass design featured on Enduro and
    Wishbone tires
Soft red inserts
