Overview
AKA is proud to introduce the Rivet as AKA's first-ever carpet tire for 1/10th 2wd and 4wd Buggy Racing! The Rivet features a dense, little pin tread pattern to keep you riveted to the track. The unique design of the individual pins includes a square base which shifts to a standard round pin to supply extra pin assistance under heavy load. The outer rib is a nod to AKA's ever-popular Rebar tire which is widely used in oval racing. The rib design helps in reducing aggressiveness resulting much better drivability and reduced lap times!
Rivet tires are offered in a 1/10th buggy back, 2wd, and 4wd front. Provided in 2 compounds specifically created for carpet racing, Soft Carpet and Medium Carpet.
