Overview
AKA is happy to introduce the Rivet as AKA's first-ever carpet tire for 1/10th 2wd and 4wd Buggy Racing! The Rivet includes a dense, small pin tread pattern to keep you riveted to the track. The special style of the specific pins includes a square base which shifts to a conventional round pin to supply extra pin support under heavy load. The outer rib is a nod to AKA's ever-popular Rebar tire which is extensively used in oval racing. The rib style helps in reducing aggressiveness resulting better drivability and minimized lap times!
Rivet tires are readily available in a 1/10th buggy rear, 2wd, and 4wd front. Provided in two compounds specially formulated for carpet racing, Soft Carpet and Medium Carpet.
