This is the Traxxas TQi 4-Channel 2.4GHz Transmitter with 5-Channel Receiver
and TSM* (Traxxas Stability Management).

FEATURES:
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM): Superior tuning algorithms operate on
    high-speed electronic elements to manage wheel spin and steering
    instructions on loose dirt, concrete and even ice and snow. TSM can be
    tweaked from 0-100%, or turned off by adjusting the multi-
    function knob on the TQi transmitter (Traxxas Bluetooth Module
    required, not included)
Can be equipped with the TQi Docking Base together with the iPhone,
    iPad or iPod touch* to develop a visual user interface for the
    car
Easy two-button shows interface
Automatic model acknowledgment remembers settings for as much as 30 Traxxas
    Link allowed designs
Adjustable throttle and steering endpoints
5 channel receiver with three telemetry ports
Internal antenna
High 13ms frame rate and near absolutely no latency for responsive control
Built-in failsafe returns throttle to last saved neutral position
Multi-Function knob can be programmed to manage Steering Level of sensitivity
    Throttle Level of sensitivity, Guiding Percentage, Braking Percentage, or
    Throttle Trim
