This is the Traxxas TQi 4-Channel 2.4GHz Transmitter with 5-Channel Receiver
and TSM* (Traxxas Stability Management).
Servos Not Included.

FEATURES:
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM): Superior tuning algorithms run on
    high-speed electronic parts to control wheel spin and steering
    instructions on loose dirt, concrete as well as ice and snow. TSM can be
    fine tuned from 0-100%, or shut off by adjusting the multi-
    function knob on the TQi transmitter (Traxxas Bluetooth Module
    needed, not consisted of)
Can be geared up with the TQi Docking Base in addition to the iPhone,
    iPad or iPod touch* to produce a graphical user interface for the
    vehicle
Basic two-button programs interface
Automatic design acknowledgment recalls settings for as much as 30 Traxxas
    Link allowed models
Adjustable throttle and steering endpoints
Five channel receiver with 3 telemetry ports
Internal antenna
High 13ms frame rate and near absolutely no latency for responsive control
Built-in failsafe returns throttle to last conserved neutral position
Multi-Function knob can be programmed to control Steering Sensitivity
    Throttle Sensitivity, Steering Portion, Braking Portion, or
    Throttle Trim
