Micro Receiver, TQi 2.4GHz with Traxxas Link and TSM (5-channel) (#6533) (three-quarter view)Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) makes it possible to experience all the severe power, speed, and acceleration that was engineered into Traxxas designs by making it a lot easier to control the lorry on typical slippery surfaces such as loose dirt, smooth concrete, and even ice and snow. Punch it off the line and TSM goes to work picking up the lorry's instructions and making guiding corrections to offer straight-ahead complete throttle acceleration without fishtailing, spinouts, and loss of control. TSM also works during cornering, first making intuitive corrections to maintain the lorry's line, then hammer the throttle previously in the turn for much faster exit speeds. Braking is dramatically enhanced as TSM works to keep Traxxas trucks arrow straight up until they come to a total stop. Traxxas TSM provides all the advantages modern-day electronic stabilization has to offer without invading driving fun or presenting unforeseen side effects that can be discovered on other systems such as drastically reduced turning radius, braking help that times out (gives up), throttle limitations, and an overall detached driving feel. Traxxas engineers established exceptional tuning algorithms that operate on high-speed, accuracy electronic parts to develop a system that works undetectably, in the background, without ever limiting throttle. TSM can be fine-tuned (or switched off) for various surfaces by just changing the multi-function knob on the TQi transmitter, or by changing the slider in the Traxxas Link app. The outcome is driving faster, with more ease, and having more fun. In fact, the motorist might not even recognize just how much TSM is helping up until it is switched off and their driving abilities are tested without it!
