Tamiya Pulley Unit Set Educational Series

This is a Wheel System Set for Different Models.
    It's from Tamiya for really knowledgeable design builders.

FEATURES:
Sheave set is designed to attach to a selected design package such as a
    leaping dophin, an elevator, a moving pet, alligator, or revolving
    bird cage.
Contains white, black, and gray plastic parts connected to sprues.
Other parts include an electric motor, belt guides, slim belts,
    circular pulleys, rivets, a base, and motor holder.
Battery operated.
Small phillips screws for strong construction.
Structure of pulley-block is kept basic for maintenance functions like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns easily, enabling a pet to wag his tail, an alligator
    to open his mouth, or a dolphin to "jump" into the water, among
    other chosen motions.
Designed for fairly small and basic models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
