This is a Big Sheave Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the large pulley-block from Tamiya's Sheave Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle contains two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of pulley-block is kept easy for maintenance purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
