This is a Big Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the large pulley from Tamiya's Pulley-block Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Package consists of two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of pulley is kept easy for upkeep functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly little and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
