This is a Large Pulley Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the large pulley from Tamiya's Pulley System Set (TAMX7121).
Package contains two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley is kept simple for maintenance purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for fairly little and simple models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
