1/4 RC Mercedes Benz Arocs 4151 8x4 Tipper Truck Kit

This is a highly precise 1/14 scale radio control design that recreates the Mercedes-Benz Arocs dump truck in the 8x4 setup. It includes a highly sensible truck bed area behind the cab which can be operated by the radio transmitter, utilizing the separately-sold Actuator Set (Item 56545)!

The design's ladder frame chassis includes aluminum side channels with resin cross members and is geared up with a highly sensible suspension making use of metal leaf springs and friction shock-dampers. A front-mounted motor and 3-speed transmission power the two rear wheel axles, which are fitted with built-in differentials to allow smooth cornering. An individually offered 4-channel R/C system and multi-function unit enable you to drive the lorry and experience sensible lights, sounds and vibrations. (Both offered independently)

Needs:

Tamiya Attack 4-channel radio, steering servo, ESC, 7.2volt battery & battery charger, and Tamiya TS spray paint.

Parts Description

Features:

  • The Arocs 4151 type is recreated with an injection molded body, including depictions of cab rails, intake duct and other details. Separate parts recreate side mirrors and visor, etc.

  • Both front axles are guided, through a single servo. Wheels turn reasonably at somewhat various angles.

  • Features a truck bed area consisted of metal subframe for exceptional durability.

  • Install the independently offered Actuator Set (Item 56545) for sensible truck bed motion.

  • TR mighty-tuned motor (35T) supplies twin rear axles with adequate power to carry loads in the truck bed.

  • The battery case is located over the 2nd axle, which allows access even when there are loads in the bed.


  • The roof includes a representation of light pods on the visor, which can be fitted with LEDs for a reasonable finish.

  • 3-speed transmission can be managed through an independently offered 4ch R/C transmitter.

  • Metal leaf spring dampers with built-in coil springs provide resilient suspension.

  • Use with separately-sold MFC-03 (Item 56523) (or MFC-01, Item 56511) for sensible lights and sounds.

  • 1/14 scale R/C design assembly kit. Length: 667mm, Width: 196mm, height: 268mm.
