Tamiya 1/35 West German Lfakpanzer Gepard

This is a 1/35 Plastic Flakpanzer Gepard West German Anti-Aircraft Tank from
Tamiya. This package is for modelers age 10 and over.

Basis of the Gepard weapon system is the exceptional Oerlikon-Contraves
35mm which was established and taken into production in the early 1960s. To fight
modern jet airplane approaching on the battleground at tactical attack heights,
an extremely high rate of fire was needed combined with a high muzzle velocity. The
35mm calibre was found to be the optimum size for the very best combination of
weapon weight and effectiveness.
