This Tamiya 1/35 scale design set recreates a domestic-specification Japanese Self-defense Force Light Armored Automobile. A previous release set (product 35275) illustrated an Iraq PKO spec vehicle. The Light Armored Automobile is an important part of Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) infantry units, crucial to the focus put on movement by recent policy changes.
