This is a 1/35 Scale Plastic Sturmgeschutz IV sdkfz163 Tank from Tamiya.
For ages 10 and over.

The Sturmgeschuetz (storm or attack weapon) was developed in the 1936-39
period to provide armoured support for the infantry. This came about mainly
since the new tanks being produced were destined for the panzer (armoured)
departments. In a battleground scenario there was no warranty that tanks from
an armoured department would be readily available to support the infantry. Therefore the idea
of the attack weapon program natural to an infantry department came about.
