When linked to a Spektrum™ Smart battery charger, a Smart battery's distinct parameters, health, and stabilizing info upload automatically from its memory microchip through the IC3® or IC5® adapter's data wire. To charge and balance the pack, you simply link it to your Smart battery charger. Safe charging starts automatically. Smart Car storage discharge ensures a longer battery life.

Spektrum™ Smart G2 batteries virtually take care of themselves. G2 batteries come from the factory programmed to automatically release to a safe storage voltage of 3.90V after 72 hours of lack of exercise. The results are longer battery life, much better efficiency over the life of the pack and assurance that your Smart battery comes maintenance-free.
 





 




Simple and Quick
Predetermined charge, discharge, and storage parameters are automatically communicated from your Spektrum™ Smart battery to your Smart battery charger, making charging as easy as plugging in the pack.
