Product Introduction
Like its predecessor, the AR637T includes built in AS3X Innovation, now pilots can set up and program SAFE Innovation to their airplane. AS3X Innovation (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of turbulence so you delight in a sense of stability and accuracy that makes it seem like you're flying a much bigger, expertly tuned airplane. SAFE Innovation provides an extra level of protection so that RC flying is simpler than ever previously. When triggered, bank and pitch restrictions keep you from over-controlling and automated self-leveling makes recovery from risky or confusing mindsets as basic as releasing the sticks. Shows and set up of AS3X and SAFE is done directly from your Spektrum transmitter* with an easy 3-step forward setting preliminary setup. To use SAFE and AS3X technology with the AR637T receiver, the receiver requires to be set up with a suitable Spektrum transmitter. With forward setting there is no requirement for apps or cable televisions to program or make modifications while at the flying field.
The AR637T includes full range telemetry with an incorporated barometer to supply altitude and vario telemetry data without additional sensing units. Extra telemetry devices such as voltage sensing units can be connected to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensing units can be connected through the XBus port. It also includes an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to add additional RF path redundancy (offered individually). An SRXL2 port is available to connect suitable devices, program and update the receiver, and bind with a conventional bind plug or connect a battery. The AR637T is compatible and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even simpler one-wire telemetry data. Spektrum Smart ESCs combine plug-n-play simpleness with the capability to interact with other Smart electronics – together, producing the best-performing RC system for your design you can possibly imagine. The AR637T receiver throttle port consists of Smart Throttle. When equipped with Smart Throttle the standard servo port delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send telemetry data back to the receiver. The throttle port will instantly detect when a Smart throttle suitable ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will begin to run in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Instead, a large bind button is utilized to get in the bind mode. All combined the Spektrum AR637T gives you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever previously, so that you can fly with the greatest sense of self-confidence possible and have more fun.
