Item Summary
Like its predecessor, the AR637T features built in AS3X Technology, and now pilots can establish and program SAFE Technology to their airplane. AS3X Technology (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to ravel the results of turbulence so you enjoy a sense of stability and accuracy that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger, skillfully tuned airplane. SAFE Technology uses an additional level of defense so that RC flying is simpler than ever before. When triggered, bank and pitch constraints keep you from over-controlling and automatic self-leveling makes healing from risky or complicated mindsets as basic as releasing the sticks. Programs and set up of AS3X and SAFE is done straight from your Spektrum transmitter* with a simple 3-step forward configuring preliminary setup. To use SAFE and AS3X technology with the AR637T receiver, the receiver requires to be set up with a suitable Spektrum transmitter. With forward configuring there is no need for apps or cables to program or make changes while at the flying field.
The AR637T features full range telemetry with an incorporated barometer to offer elevation and vario telemetry information without extra sensors. Additional telemetry devices such as voltage sensors can be connected to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensors can be connected through the XBus connector. It likewise features an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to add extra RF path redundancy (sold individually). An SRXL2 port is offered to connect suitable devices, program and upgrade the receiver, and bind with a conventional bind plug or connect a battery. The AR637T is compatible and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even simpler one-wire telemetry information. Spektrum Smart ESCs combine plug-n-play simplicity with the ability to communicate with other Smart electronics – together, producing the best-performing RC system for your design possible. The AR637T receiver throttle port consists of Smart Throttle. When geared up with Smart Throttle the standard servo connector delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information back to the receiver. The throttle port will immediately find when a Smart throttle suitable ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will begin to run in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Instead, a big bind button is utilized to get in the bind mode. All integrated the Spektrum AR637T offers you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever before, so that you can fly with the greatest sense of self-confidence possible and have more fun.
