Product Introduction
Like its predecessor, the AR637T features integrated in AS3X Technology, now pilots can establish and program SAFE Technology to their aircraft. AS3X Technology (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of turbulence so you enjoy a sense of stability and accuracy that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger, expertly tuned aircraft. SAFE Technology uses an additional level of protection so that RC flying is much easier than ever before. When activated, bank and pitch limitations keep you from over-controlling and automatic self-leveling makes healing from risky or complicated mindsets as easy as releasing the sticks. Programming and established of AS3X and SAFE is done straight from your Spektrum transmitter* with an easy 3-step forward programming initial setup. To utilize SAFE and AS3X technology with the AR637T receiver, the receiver needs to be established with a suitable Spektrum transmitter. With forward programming there is no requirement for apps or cable televisions to program or make modifications while at the flying field.
The AR637T features complete range telemetry with an incorporated barometer to provide altitude and vario telemetry information without additional sensors. Extra telemetry gadgets such as voltage sensors can be connected to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensors can be connected through the XBus adapter. It also features an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to include additional RF course redundancy (offered independently). An SRXL2 port is available to link compatible gadgets, program and upgrade the receiver, and bind with a conventional bind plug or link a battery. The AR637T is compatible and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even much easier one-wire telemetry information. Spektrum Smart ESCs combine plug-n-play simplicity with the capability to communicate with other Smart electronics – together, developing the best-performing RC system for your model imaginable. The AR637T receiver throttle port includes Smart Throttle. When equipped with Smart Throttle the standard servo adapter provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information back to the receiver. The throttle port will automatically spot when a Smart throttle compatible ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will start to operate in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Rather, a big bind button is used to enter the bind mode. All combined the Spektrum AR637T provides you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever before, so that you can fly with the greatest sense of self-confidence possible and have more fun.
