Item Overview
Like its predecessor, the AR637T features built in AS3X Innovation, today pilots can establish and program SAFE Innovation to their airplane. AS3X Innovation (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of turbulence so you delight in a sense of stability and accuracy that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger, skillfully tuned airplane. SAFE Innovation provides an additional level of security so that RC flying is simpler than ever previously. When triggered, bank and pitch constraints keep you from over-controlling and automated self-leveling makes recovery from risky or complicated attitudes as easy as releasing the sticks. Shows and established of AS3X and SAFE is done straight from your Spektrum transmitter* with an easy 3-step forward setting preliminary setup. To utilize SAFE and AS3X technology with the AR637T receiver, the receiver needs to be established with a compatible Spektrum transmitter. With forward setting there is no need for apps or cable televisions to program or make changes while at the flying field.
The AR637T features full variety telemetry with an integrated barometer to supply altitude and vario telemetry data without extra sensors. Extra telemetry gadgets such as voltage sensors can be connected to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensors can be connected through the XBus adapter. It also features an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to add extra RF path redundancy (sold independently). An SRXL2 port is offered to connect compatible gadgets, program and update the receiver, and bind with a traditional bind plug or connect a battery. The AR637T is compatible and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even simpler one-wire telemetry data. Spektrum Smart ESCs combine plug-n-play simplicity with the capability to interact with other Smart electronic devices – together, developing the best-performing RC system for your model imaginable. The AR637T receiver throttle port includes Smart Throttle. When geared up with Smart Throttle the standard servo adapter provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry data back to the receiver. The throttle port will immediately identify when a Smart throttle compatible ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will begin to run in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Instead, a big bind button is used to enter the bind mode. All combined the Spektrum AR637T gives you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever previously, so that you can fly with the greatest sense of confidence possible and have more fun.
