Item Summary
Like its predecessor, the AR637T features integrated in AS3X Technology, and now pilots can set up and program SAFE Technology to their aircraft. AS3X Technology (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to smooth out the impacts of turbulence so you delight in a sense of stability and accuracy that makes it feel like you're flying a much larger, expertly tuned aircraft. SAFE Technology provides an additional level of security so that RC flying is simpler than ever in the past. When activated, bank and pitch restrictions keep you from over-controlling and automated self-leveling makes recovery from risky or complicated mindsets as easy as launching the sticks. Programs and set up of AS3X and SAFE is done directly from your Spektrum transmitter* with an easy 3-step forward configuring initial setup. To use SAFE and AS3X innovation with the AR637T receiver, the receiver requires to be set up with a compatible Spektrum transmitter. With forward configuring there is no need for apps or cable televisions to program or make changes while at the flying field.
The AR637T features complete variety telemetry with an incorporated barometer to provide altitude and vario telemetry data without additional sensing units. Extra telemetry gadgets such as voltage sensing units can be linked to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensing units can be linked through the XBus adapter. It likewise features an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to include additional RF course redundancy (sold individually). An SRXL2 port is available to connect suitable gadgets, program and upgrade the receiver, and bind with a traditional bind plug or connect a battery. The AR637T works and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even simpler one-wire telemetry data. The AR637T receiver throttle port includes Smart Throttle. When equipped with Smart Throttle the standard servo adapter delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send telemetry data back to the receiver. The throttle port will automatically find when a Smart throttle suitable ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will start to operate in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Instead, a big bind button is used to get in the bind mode. All combined the Spektrum AR637T provides you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever in the past, so that you can fly with the greatest sense of confidence possible and have more fun.
