Clarence Taylor, a self-taught aerial engineer from Nottingham, England, is considered among the fathers of private aviation in America. He developed the original Taylor Cub in 1931 at Bradford, Pennsylvania, and in addition to his bro Gordon, formed Taylor Brothers Airplane Corporation in Rochester, New York City in 1926 with the slogan: "Buy Your Aircraft Taylor Made". With a goal to develop a personal airplane exceptional to his original Cub, Taylor formed his own business in 1935 as Taylor-Young Aircraft Company. The Rage RC Taylorcraft is an ultra-micro sized model of Clarence Taylor's timeless 1936 design, with an extremely visible sensible trim scheme and information like pre-decorated wheel trousers, and a convenient magnetic hatch on the battery compartment which supplies practical access and enhances scale appearance. The model features a balanced airfoil design to enhance the scale appearance and provide smooth, stable flight performance either inside your home in gymnasium-size structures, or outdoors in light winds, and that's perfect for both aspiring and knowledgeable pilots. The Taylorcraft comes completely assembled as an RTF (Ready-To-Fly), so whatever required to fly is included in the box. Just like previous Golden Age series airplanes from Rage RC, the 3-in-1 control panel gets here factory-installed with proportional servos for rudder and elevator control. The updated 2.4GHz transmitter features improved gimbals for improved flight control feel, and the 250mAh high-capacity battery and different 300mAh USB charger combine to provide long flight times and quick charges, optimizing your time in the air. All you need to include are 4 AA batteries to power the transmitter and you can be making your maiden flight on this highly detailed, historical plane within minutes of opening the box!Specifications:
