The Rage RC Micro P-40 Warhawk is timeless WWII semi-scale park flyer with the stability required for novices to learn how to fly and the required power to supply a fun flying experience for RC enthusiasts. The P-40 is produced from resilient EPP foam and a removable prop system adds to the toughness by almost eliminating broken props and bent motor shafts. Like most Rage RC planes, the P-40 includes the PASS (Pilot Assist Stability Software application) system which enables the performance envelope of the aircraft to expand with your flying abilities and makes flying a more enjoyable experience. With PASS, in Full or Partial Assist Mode, if you ever lose control, just release the control sticks and the plane will rapidly return to level flight. Even when in Expert Mode, if you enter problem, all you need to do is move the PASS turn on the transmitter to Full or Partial Assist for the system to take control of and you're back in level, steady flight. Another option included with the P-40 is the removable snap-in-place landing equipment that can be used for liftoffs from smooth surfaces. When hand-launching is a much better option for conditions, utilizing Partial Assist makes it a breeze whether the equipment is installed, or not. For included enjoyable when flying with the PASS system, you can use the Stunt button on the transmitter to immediately allow the P-40 to complete either a loop or roll that will make you appear like an ace pilot.The Micro P-40 features pre-applied decals that make for an appealing WWII trim scheme. Everything required to start flying is included in the box; consisting of a 2.4GHz standard size 4-channel transmitter, a pre-installed airborne electronics system, a hassle-free USB charger, and an effective 3.7V 400mAh LiPo battery for extended flight times of up to 15 minutes. The only items you need to add are four AA batteries for the transmitter and you'll be flying objectives around your local park within minutes of opening the box!
