This is a set of Toyo® Proxes R888R™ 42/100 2.9" S3 (Soft) Street BELTED Tires Installed on Spectre wheels. Pro-Line is proud to reveal a partnership with among the leading efficiency tire makers - Toyo Tires! This cooperation starts with our first tire for the popular ARRMA® 1/7 Street Bash line of vehicles - the Toyo Proxes R888R.
All the details from the full-size high-performance competitors tire have been recreated to provide your Violation™ or Unlimited™ the supreme in scale looks, street efficiency, and lasting wear. The Proxes R888R is understood for severe grip, cornering, and braking stability in the full-scale world on track, and it's no different in the RC world as these tires will change the handling of your vehicle or truck. The big tread blocks on the outside tread maximize lateral grip while the large center rib improves directional stability for all-out speed runs. A High-Performance herringbone weave pattern Belt strengthens the inside of the Proxes for high-speed runs, while our S3 substance supplies lasting tire wear.
Now from Pro-Line is the Spectre 10-spoke wheel. Inspired by 1:1 GT3 racing wheels, the Spectre offers your Violation™, Felony™ or Unlimited™ a striking new look with a satin gunmetal finish and remarkable scale detailing. The Proxes/Spectre combo comes pre-mounted so you do not have to fret about gluing your tires and awaiting them to dry. Please keep in mind these tires have a maximum speed ranking that, if exceeded, might lead to completely harming the internal belt. For the Proxes 42/100 tires that is 100 mph or about 8500 RPM. Over-revving your tires might lead to breaking the internal belt, which will NOT be covered under guarantee. This can be caused by "diffing out" your tires or holding the throttle open while one, two, or three of your tires are stopped, which substantially increases the RPM sent to the free-spinning tire or tires.
