These shocks feature CNC machined aluminum shock caps, collars, bodies, bottom caps, and hard chrome layered steel shock shafts, all made to exacting tolerances. X-Ring seals are used as the main shaft seal for smooth, low friction action and to prevent leaks. Much like Pro-Line's other Pro-Spec Shocks, the Scalers are indicated to stand apart from the crowd with intense chrome and blue anodizing. From the leading installing hole to the bottom installing hole these Pro-Spec Scaler Shocks distribute to be 90mm at full extended length, and collapse down to about 64mm. They consist of extra 5mm longer shock ends to increase the shock length. These shocks are ideal for incredibly scale rigs! Much like Pro-Line's incredibly popular PowerStroke Shocks, the Pro-Spec Scaler Shocks come mainly pre-built (just include oil) and are designed to fit on many popular crawler cars. They also consist of dual rate springs.
