Introduction
The Spektrum AR630 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is designed to suit a large range of aircraft designs consisting of park leaflets and larger sport designs. The AR630 is a full variety 6-channel receiver with integrated in AS3X and SAFE stabilization, which counters the impacts of wind, turbulence and torque using 3-axis MEMS gyro and unique flight control software application tuned by professional RC pilots. There is no delay in control reaction or limits on control throws. You'll just feel like you're flying an expertly tuned design that does exactly what you want.

Overview
The AR630 features fly-by variety telemetry and a bind button that makes it easy to bind without any plugs essential and provides both SmartSafe innovation and Hold Last as well as predetermined failsafe types set through forward shows. The AR630 also features Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Innovation the normal servo connector delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry data like voltage and current back to the receiver. The AR630 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will instantly find when a Smart compatible ESC is connected. ESCs with Smart and IC series ports can also pass along battery data from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Bird™ ESCs are compatible with the AR630 receiver for Smart Innovation features.
For Smart to operate you should have a Smart ESC paired with a Smart telemetry receiver, and a Spektrum DSMX transmitter with telemetry. An update for your transmitter might be needed for Smart functions. See www.spektrumrc. com to register and update your transmitter. If a standard ESC or servo is plugged into the throttle port on the AR630 receiver, the throttle port will operate typically (PWM signal) like any standard RC system.

SAFE® (Sensing unit Assisted Flight Envelope) innovation flight modes assist pilots prevent over-controlling their designs. SAFE uses AS3X to provide normal flight performance, but with limited bank and pitch angles to prevent the aircraft from getting in extreme mindsets.
 





Antenna-less
The AR630 features an internal antenna design that provides exceptional full-range performance. In addition, installation is easier than ever, plus there's no longer a danger of failure due to long-lasting wire exposure or abuse.
 

Forward Configuring
You can configure the AR630 receiver wirelessly, directly from any compatible Spektrum™ transmitter, through the Forward Programs menu. No different computer system or mobile phone is required for setup and changes.
 





 



SMART TELEMETRY
To enjoy the complete benefits of Smart™ innovation, use the AR630 receiver with a Smart ESC and telemetry capable Spektrum DSMX® transmitter. The AR630 features fly-by telemetry and will provide crucial telemetry data such as current, voltage, temperature and RPM is sent directly to your transmitter.
