This is the Smoke Screen Customized Body Skin from PineCar®.

FUNCTIONS:
Customized Body Skins include the appearance of a tailored paint task to your
    racer! Use the entire skin design for full body cover, or
    customized cut & produce your own unique style.
Goes on quickly with a damp sponge. The customized design releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windscreens and windows with the black skin material included.
If wanted, you might use a water-based gloss surface (consisted of in
    the Complete Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
