This is the Fire Beginner Custom-made Body Skin from PineCar®.

FEATURES:
Custom-made Body Skins include the appearance of a tailored paint job to your
    racer! Utilize the entire skin design for complete body cover, or
    custom-made cut & create your own distinct style.
Goes on easily with a wet sponge. The custom-made design releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windscreens and windows with the black skin material included.
If preferred, you might apply a water-based gloss finish (consisted of in
    the Complete Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
