FUNCTIONS:

    to a finished paint job with a high gloss finish.
Ideal for finishing wood, plastic, or metal parts.
Water-based for easy clean-up.
The Cool Blue Metallic paint/sealer is a combination sanding sealer
    and paint.
Both a foam paintbrush and a great accent paintbrush are provided.
The gloss surface adds a high gloss surface to your racer and secures
    it from soil and finger prints due to handling.
