Introduction

From Pearl Harbor through 1942, the F4F Wildcat was the only U.S. fighter in the Pacific theater capable of warding off the advances of Japan’s naval air forces. And though it was slower and less maneuverable than the vaunted Absolutely no, the rugged Wildcat helped a skilled pilot conquer the efficiency gap and live to combat another day.

The traditional ParkZone® F4F 1.0m Wildcat parkflyer returns as an excellent flying warbird you can delight in practically anywhere. Imitated an airplane flown by Lieutenant Commander Edward “Butch” O’Hare—the United States Navy’s very first flying ace—a famous warbird comes to life with genuine information such as a sensible paint scheme, simulated engine and cowl flaps, molded wheels tucked into the fuselage and more. Its flight efficiency is equally impressive thanks to the full 4-channel control and ample power offered by its 480-size brushless motor system.

Fast Assembly
Out of the box, final attachment of the horizontal stabilizer and two-piece, plug-in wing is simple. Each wing panel features a devoted aileron servo for problem-free control that’s precise.

Durable Construction
Construction with durable EPO material makes it possible to duplicate intricate information in a light-weight form. The result is an impressive scale look that’s simple to preserve and allows the most rewarding flight experience possible to shine through.

Brushless Power
The effective 480-size brushless outrunner motor installed functions 960Kv and provides smooth operation that’s surprisingly peaceful. Outstanding flight times and strong efficiency can be anticipated with 3S Li-Po battery loads from 1300–2200mAh (EFLB18003S30, recommended).

AS3X Receiver with Optional SAFE Select Technology
The model’s AS3X® (Synthetic Stabilization – 3-aXis) receiver works behind the scenes to ravel the effects of wind and turbulence. The result is a sense of stability and precision that makes you seem like you’re flying a skillfully tuned aircraft.

If you’re a fairly brand-new pilot or desire an additional margin of safety while acquainting yourself with the plane, you can make it possible for the optional SAFE® Select technology built into the receiver. No programs is required. Just change up the binding sequence as directed in the manual.

With SAFE Select flight help made it possible for, you get:

Pitch and Bank Angle Limits
These keep the aircraft from rolling or pitching upside down. They also prevent extreme climb or dive angles during launch and landing.

Automatic Self-Leveling
Quickly returns the wings to level when the sticks are released. It’s also valuable when hand introducing the airplane.

Easy Change Assignment—No Programming Needed
The simple treatment for appointing a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select functions on and off doesn't require any programs and takes just a few seconds.

If you don’t want to make it possible for the SAFE Select functions, just bind the receiver normally and it will operate like a standard AS3X receiver.

Bind-N-Fly® Variation
Currently own a transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) aircraft make getting into the air rapidly and with the best control experience possible much easier than ever. They come out of the box with the servos, power system and a Spektrum™ 2.4GHz receiver installed, so all you need to do is bind the receiver to a compatible Spektrum transmitter, finish any final assembly and fly!
