Portal Axles coupled with Metal Worm Gears

The heart of the Tetra 1/24 is the portal axles. Portal axles provide an abundance of ground clearance, and offer a scale detail that is found more frequently in 1/10 rigs. In producing the websites, the desire was to have a constant feel ascending and descending all types of surface, and the metal worm gear drive system offers the very same specific driving experience in either instructions, and on different surface. You manage the speed 100% with the throttle going downhill similar to you would uphill, versus the brake/motor magnets doing the deal with your descents.

Light up the Night Sky

The Tetra is also all set to light up the path. The X series lighting system includes 8 LED's - 4 front and 4 rear dealing with lights. The system is controlled from the transmitter, including 4 distinct light settings - off, solid, slow flash, and strobe. In addition to magnetic body installs, the power to the lights from the ESC takes a trip through the magnetic installs, effectively making them the plug/unplug the lights from the chassis to the body. Complete liberty to eliminate the battery without wires obstructing. Complete liberty to deal with your vehicle without needing to eliminate the wires from the ESC.

To all set itself for all the detail, the Tetra 1/24 utilizes the very same transmission, motor, driveshafts and numerous other parts from the Tetra 1/18. The oversized 180 motor, driveshafts and transmission brings a resilience confidence that rivals anything else in the 1/24 scale category.

Scale Information

Aluminum threaded shock bodies, beadlock wheels, black oxide c-channel metal chassis rails, and a bunch of molded devices on the X Series body, consisting of a complete spare are all a part of the 1/24th plan. It's little, it's capable, it's function jam-packed and it's fun!
