    After the first full year of service warranty protection ONYX will offer
    extended service warranty protection for another 12 months covering just
    problems in products and craftsmanship. Extended protection is limited
    and does not cover problems brought on by abuse, misuse, and improper
    upkeep, failure to follow directions, ordinary wear, or utilize
    past the battery s optimum ranked number of cycles.
