2-year restricted warranty-Onyx brand batteries are required to be
    free from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of two
    years from the date of purchase. During the first twelve months,
    ONYX will, at our discretion, repair work or change without service
    charge any product deemed inoperable due to those causes.
    After the first complete year of guarantee protection ONYX will supply
    extended guarantee protection for another 12 months covering just
    defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection is restricted
    and does not cover problems brought on by abuse, misuse, and incorrect
    upkeep, failure to follow directions, normal wear, or use
    past the battery's optimum ranked number of cycles.
