    After the very first complete year of warranty protection ONYX will offer
    extended warranty protection for another 12 months covering only
    problems in materials and craftsmanship. Prolonged protection is restricted
    and does not cover issues triggered by abuse, abuse, and improper
    upkeep, failure to follow instructions, regular wear, or utilize
    past the battery's maximum rated variety of cycles.
