2-year minimal warranty-Onyx brand batteries are required to be
    free from problems in products and workmanship for a duration of two
    years from the date of purchase. Throughout the very first twelve months,
    ONYX will, at our discretion, repair work or replace without service
    charge any product considered inoperable due to those causes.
    After the very first full year of warranty coverage ONYX will provide
    extended warranty coverage for another 12 months covering just
    problems in products and workmanship. Extended coverage is minimal
    and does not cover issues triggered by abuse, misuse, and improper
    upkeep, failure to follow guidelines, ordinary wear, or utilize
