Excellent Power, Poor Design By David B on September 5, 2022 Verified Purchase The brushless motor is excellent for the size of the truck. The battery compartment and electronics need to be adjusted forward to be able to keep the front end down at full throttle. The pins holding the rear control arms are only partially threaded with nothing anchoring it to the other side of the arm besides a non threaded or anchored pin. In the event that the truck lands sideways, there is a good possibility that pin will pop out which causes a chain reaction of failure. Stearing control arms only pop into place with no way to anchor them in place. If the truck lands sideways, they pop off, if they roll over in a turn and land on the front tire, they pop off, if they land straight off of a jump, they pop off. I practiced at an indoor track with jumps, nothing outrageous, and wasn't able to complete a full lap without it falling apart, unless I babied it around the track. Its a fun truck in the parking lot, but if you're planning on racing it around a track or with other people where there is a chance of collision, I recommend getting something that can handle some punishment.
