This is the Guillows Plane Design Studio.
For modelers 8 years of age and older
Not ideal for kids under 3 years due to little parts.

Prebent wire landing gear with plastic wheels
Plastic propellers and wing struts
Easy slot and tab assembly-no glue or paint required
Modelers can develop to eight rubber band powered aircrafts including
    an X-wing glider, prop bi-plane, pylon racer, prop aircraft
    and monster tri-plane
