This is a Spinner Adapter Package by Great Planes.

This steel adapter set tightens the backplate & propeller onto the
    engine, then utilizing a single bolt-on style, holds & focuses each
    spinner completely on its baseplate.
Machined for precision
Includes aluminum bushing, prop washer and prop nut
This spinner adapter set will fit the following engines:
    -O.S. 20-40FP; .25-.46FX & SF

12mm Wrench To Tighten up Propeller Nut
Aluminum Spinner w/Center Mounting Hole
10-32 Bolt
