Significant advantages of updating to this part/product :

1. Integrated temperature sensor, control fan on or off instantly.

2. High-speed fan for high air flow - approximately 3.25CFM (±10%).

3. Product: Main body: Aluminum + stainless-steel. Cover + exhaust pipe: Black heat resistant ABS plastic.

4. Temperature sensor: Power provides at 35°C (± 5 ° C). Reset at 25°C (± 5°C). Temperature sensor is welded to the fan.

When install on TRX-4 Defender:

1. The manifold side needs to be removed to have enough room for setup.

2. The crossbar on original body post needs to be cut to the position of the intake pipe in order for setup (see photo).

If you have modified the engine to a front engine setting:

1. Eliminate the manifold and install it directly on the original damper mount and fender.

2. To install the manifold, you must utilize GPM Racing #TRX4028 front damper mount or other flat style installs to have enough room for the left and right manifolds.
