However what genuinely sets it apart is how simple it is to take off, fly, and land, that makes it the very best option for a very first massive jet model. The light-weight, composite-reinforced EPO airframe is factory-finished in the now renowned Aircraft Studio Style trim plan from the popular 70mm model. And the eight factory-installed digital, metal-geared servos with ball-link equipped linkages, plus control surfaces with pinned hinges, deliver crisp and accurate control at every speed. With this power system, the Viper 90mm is capable of level flight tops speeds as much as 120+ MPH and provides great vertical efficiency with SIX 4000mAh to 7000mAh batteries. It's also equipped with a factory-installed Spektrum™ AR637TA receiver including exclusive AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select innovations. When utilizing compatible transmitters, the receiver and Smart ESC supply battery voltage, present, motor RPM and other telemetry information in real-time — along with optional-use motor reversing to reduce rollouts after landing and for other unique ground handling capabilities. An ARF Plus version is also offered for pilots who prefer to install their own option of ducted fan system, motor and ESC. Exclusive Technologies
This massive Viper model is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select innovations. AS3X works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it appear like you're flying an even bigger airplane. Optional-use SAFE Select provides pitch and bank angle limitations along with automatic self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch to make this a much easier to fly Viper! And if you do not wish to allow the SAFE Select features, merely bind the receiver typically and only AS3X will be active.
 









Smart™ Technology
The exclusive Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart ESC provides a range of real-time power system associated telemetry information including motor RPM, present draw, overall flight battery voltage and more by means of compatible Smart receivers (including the AR637TA set up in the BNF® Fundamental version) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including the DX6e, DX8e, DX6 G2/3, DX8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20, and others) while you fly. Plus, optional-use motor reversing can help reduce rollout after landing and provides other unique ground handling capabilities (8+ channel transmitter required for SAFE choose and motor reversing).
