The E-flite® UMX™ Turbo Lumber Advancement is a scaled-down ultra-micro version of the extremely popular Turbo Lumber Advancement 1.5m! It's also an upgraded and updated version of the best-selling UMX Turbo Lumber that includes a reinforced airframe and more powerful linkages to manage the included power, efficiency, and capability the brand-new 2S and three compatible power system provides. It's geared up with LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights, provides real-time battery voltage and other telemetry to compatible transmitters, plus it can be geared up with the optional UMX drifts (sold individually). And since of its ultra-micro size, the UMX Turbo Lumber Advancement can be flown outdoors in numerous yards, parks, and sports fields – or perhaps indoors in gymnasiums and other ideal areas! It's affordable, hassle-free, capable – and easy to fly – that makes it an excellent option for a large range of pilots interested in a flying experience they can't get with any other model.

For low-time to experienced pilots interested in an ultra-micro sized version of the extremely popular Turbo Lumber Advancement 1.5m, the E-flite® UMX™ Turbo Lumber Advancement is an easy-to-fly, smooth handling, STOL (Short Remove and Landing) capable aircraft with unequaled fly-anywhere versatility! It's also an upgraded and updated version of the UMX Turbo Lumber that now includes a 2S and three compatible power system for included power and capability — especially when using popular and affordable three 300mAh batteries for limitless vertical efficiency! Plus it can perform inverted flight, knife edge, snaps, spins and other sophisticated aerobatic maneuvers with ease. Functional large flaps, together with the optional-use leading-edge slats, offer enhanced STOL and sluggish flight efficiency. Geared up with large tundra-style tires like its predecessor, the UMX Turbo Lumber Advancement can take off and arrive at grass and other rough surface areas due to the landing equipment design that protects the fairings to the fuselage. Experienced pilots can fly it indoors in areas as small as a single basketball court, and nearly anyone who's mastered flying at least another aircraft prior to can fly it successfully outdoors in big yards, small parks, sports fields, at RC flying fields and nearly anywhere else! Install the optional drifts (sold individually) and you can add big swimming pools, small ponds, and lakes to your flying site choices. The UMX™ Turbo Lumber Advancement is geared up with a control unit/flight controller that consists of an ESC and Spektrum™ receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ geared up transmitters (consisting of the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, the iX12, iX14, iX20 and others) while you fly.
 







Exclusive Technologies
This ultra-micro Turbo Lumber Advancement is geared up with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the impacts of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger aircraft. Optional-use SAFE Select uses pitch and bank angle limitations together with automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch to make it much easier to fly!
 



Flexible Power
The factory-installed brushless outrunner motor is 2S and three compatible to offer a large range of "mild to wild" efficiency – from sluggish cruising to make the most of flight time, to hovering and limitless vertical efficiency!
 







Versatile Gear Options
Fly off surface areas that are impossible for most designs of this size to manage: grass, gravel paths, dirt routes, paved surface areas — even swimming pools, ponds and lakes using the optional drifts (EFLUA1190, sold individually). The landing equipment has fairings that are secured to the fuselage and large, tundra-style tires take in bumps and provide outstanding prop clearance.
 



STOL (Short Take Off and Landing) Capable
The UMX Turbo Lumber Advancement's wing is created with functions like drooped wingtips, functional large flaps, and to accept optional-use cutting edge slats (included) for enhanced sluggish flight and STOL efficiency. These functions, together with the light-weight design and high-power brushless motor, make it possible to spring into the air or float down to land in less distance than any other similar class model!
 







LED Lights
Like the UMX Lumber designs that came prior to it, the Turbo Lumber Advancement includes realistic-looking LED landing, navigation and simulated strobe lights that are factory-installed and powered from the flight battery.
