This Bind-N-Fly® Basic design arrives factory-assembled and nearly flight-ready right out of package. Just set up the one-piece wing with a couple of screws, set up a charged battery, bind it to your compatible Spektrum transmitter and fly. Advanced EPS construction supplies a light-weight yet durable airframe. The distinctive, with dignity curved polyhedral wing and effective airfoil provide impressive soaring efficiency and long flight times with or without motor power. The factory-installed power system includes a coreless motor, gearbox and an efficient folding propeller. It produces outstanding climb efficiency and extends flight times as much as 10-20+ minutes with a mix of power on/off flying using 1S 150-200mAh batteries. This Bind-N-Fly (BNF®) Basic design comes out of package with the power system, servos and a Spektrum™ 2.4GHz receiver set up, so all you need to do is bind the receiver to a suitable Spektrum DSMX®/DSM2® equipped transmitter (sold separately), set up a charged battery (sold separately) and fly!
 



Exclusive Technologies
This UMX™ Radian® is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® (Artificial Stabilization – 3-aXis) and SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) Select innovations. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the impacts of wind and turbulence to provide a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much bigger airplane. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limitations in addition to automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch, making it easy to fly for low-time and skilled pilots alike.
 







Telemetry Capable
The UMX™ Radian® is equipped with a control unit/flight controller that consists of two servos plus an ESC and Spektrum™ receiver that supplies real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (consisting of the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, the iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.
 



Long Flight Times
The factory-installed power system includes a coreless motor, gearbox and an efficient folding propeller that provides outstanding climb efficiency and long flight times as much as 10-20+ minutes with a mix of power on/off flying when using 1S 150–200mAh batteries.
