With its apparent lines and thrilling efficiency, the Ultimate biplane — in full-scale and in RC model type — has given pilots all over regard for the aerobatic abilities of a plane with 2 wings. Gordon Rate built and flew the very first 10 Dash "Ultimate" style in the mid 1980s and flew the 10-300 in the 1988 World Aerobatic Championships. E-flite® debuted the Ultimate2 in 2015, making praise from RC pilots worldwide for its strong aerobatic efficiency and 3D abilities. With the Ultimate 3D, E-flite® has upgraded and updated that tested airframe to modern-day requirements. Its brand-new power system offers better 3S efficiency and BALLISTIC power with a 4S battery. Higher-torque and higher-speed metal-geared servos keep you firmly in control with the extra power. It's also equipped with a 60-amp Spektrum™ Bird™ Smart ESC, and the BNF® Basic version is equipped with an AR637TA receiver that offers full-range telemetry consisting of real-time battery voltage, existing, temperature level and more – in addition to motor reversing for special ground handling and other abilities – when using compatible transmitters.

Ultimate Durability

Ultimate Convenience
No glue is required for final assembly, and you can have the Ultimate 3D all set to fly in less time than it requires to charge a battery. Although it's conveniently sized to fit fully assembled in almost any automobile, setup and removal of the wings is tool-free for easy storage and transport. Pins easily secure the struts and thumbscrews secure the wings to the fuselage.
 







Smart Technology
The Ultimate 3D is equipped with an unique Spektrum™ Bird™ Smart ESC that can provide a variety of real-time power system related telemetry information consisting of motor RPM, existing, battery voltage and more by means of compatible receivers (consisting of the AR637TA) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (consisting of the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, the DX9, iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly. It also includes optional-use motor reversing to offer special ground handling and other abilities (7+ channel transmitter required for reversing).
 



Bind-N-Fly® Basic Completion Level Advantage
Already own a Spektrum™ transmitter? Bind-N-Fly® (BNF®) aircraft make entering into the air quickly and with the best control experience possible much easier than ever. They come out of package with the power system, servos and a Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver set up so all you require to do is bind the receiver to a compatible transmitter, complete any final assembly, and fly!
 









Exclusive Technologies
The Ultimate 3D is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select innovations. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much bigger aircraft. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits in addition to automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch! And if you do not want to enable the SAFE Select functions, just bind the receiver usually and only AS3X will be active.
